Seymour Street Medical Office Building (Across from Hartford Hospital)

I-84 east-bound:

Take I-84 East to Hartford. Take right-hand Exit 48-B (Capitol Avenue). At the end of the ramp between the State Capitol Building and the Legislative Office Building, turn left onto Capitol Ave. Then turn right onto Washington St. (at the statue of Gen. Lafayette on a horse). Continue south to the 5th traffic light and turn left into the driveway. The Connecticut Children’s Medical Center is on the right, and the public parking garage is on the left. Turn left into the public parking garage (which is attached to the Seymour St. Medical Office Building).

I-91 south-bound:

Take I-91 South to Hartford. Follow the “Capitol Area” signs to the right-hand Exit 29A (Capitol Area). Keep in the right lane, take the first exit (Columbus Blvd./Convention Center) and turn left, crossing the Columbus Blvd. Bridge.

Continue through 5 traffic lights on Columbus Blvd., which curves west and uphill and becomes Wyllis St. At the 5th traffic light, continue straight across Main St. onto Jefferson St. At the 2nd traffic light on Jefferson St., turn left onto Seymour St. At the front of Hartford Hospital, turn right. The entrance to the Public Parking Garage is on the right (it is attached to the Seymour St. Medical Office Building).

I-84 west-bound:

Take I-84 West to Hartford. Take the left-hand Exit 54 (“Downtown Hartford”), go over the Founders Bridge, and stay in the far left lane. At the bottom of the bridge, turn left onto Columbus Blvd., travel past the Convention Center and across the Columbus Blvd. Bridge. Follow the rest of the directions above.

I-91 north-bound:

Take 1-91 North to Hartford, follow the “Capitol Area” signs to the left-hand Exit 29A. Move immediately to the right lane and take the first exit (Columbus Blvd./Convention Center) and turn left, crossing the Columbus Blvd. Bridge. Follow the rest of the directions above.

On Route 2, from the south-east:

Take the “Downtown Hartford” exit onto the Founders Bridge. At the bottom of the bridge, turn left onto Columbus Blvd., travel past the Convention Center and across the Columbus Blvd. Bridge. Follow the rest of the directions above

Glastonbury

Coming from I-84:

Follow I-84 and take the CT-2 E exit (exit number 55) towards NORWICH/NEW LONDON. Merge onto CT-2 East. Take the CT-94/HEBRON AVENUE exit (exit number 8).

Turn LEFT onto HEBRON AVE/CT-94. Go thru 3 traffic lights and take a left onto Citizens Drive. Take the first right and follow down the driveway, bearing to the right.

Coming from I-91 South-Bound:

Follow I-91 South and take the I-84 E/CT-2 E exit (exit number 30) on the left towards E. HARTFORD/NEW LONDON. Merge onto I-84 E. Take the CT-2 E exit (exit number 55) towards NORWICH/NEW LONDON. Merge onto CT-2 E. Take the CT-94/HEBRON AVENUE exit- exit number 8. Follow the rest of the directions above.

Coming from I-91 North-Bound:

Follow I-91 North and take the CT-3 N exit (exit number 25-26)  towards GLASTONBURY/OLD WETHERSFIELD. Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto MAPLE ST. MAPLE ST becomes CT-3 N. Take the CT-2 E exit towards NORWICH. Merge onto CT-2 E. Take the CT-94/HEBRON AVENUE exit- exit number 8. Follow the rest of the directions above.

From HARTFORD:

Take Morgan Street to I-84 East, and follow directions above for I-84 

West Hartford

I-84 east or west-bound:

Travelling on Rte I-84 take Exit 43 (West Hartford Center/Park Rd.). Merge into the far left lane. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right on Park Rd. Turn left at the first light on Trout Brook Rd. Go to the first light, and turn left onto Memorial Rd., and then turn left into the Memorial Parking Garage.

I-91 south-bound:

Take exit 32A (Waterbury) and merge onto I-84 West. Follow the directions above for I-84.

I-91 north-bound:

Take the left-hand exit 31 (Waterbury) and merge onto I-84 West. Follow the directions above for I-84.

Avon

100 Simsbury Road, Suite 202, Avon, CT 06001

From Simsbury:

Take Route 10/202 South (Hopmeadow St.) through the center of town into Weatogue, towards Avon. Continue past Riverdale Farms and through the light, with Avon Heating/Air Conditioning on the left. Take the next left into the Avon Wellness Center.

I-84 west-bound:

Take Exit 43 (Park Rd./West Hartford Ctr.). At the end of the ramp, turn left at the light. At the 2nd light turn right onto South Main St. and go 2.2 miles. Turn right at the light on Route 44 West (Albany Ave.). Go over Avon Mountain ~4.3 miles. Continue straight through the light onto Rte 10/44 West for ½ mile. At O’Neil’s Chevy turn right on Rte 10/202 (Simsbury Rd.). The Wellness Center is ½ mile on the right (opposite Fisher Dr.).

I-84 east-bound:

Take Exit 39 (Farmington Ave./Rte 4) and continue straight through the light at the end of the ramp on Rte 4 West. Continue into Farmington (the road curves to the right). At the light (with the Farmington Club on the right) turn right on Rte 10. Follow Rte 10 until it intersects with Rte 44 at Avon Old Farms Inn. Turn left on Rte 10/44 West, and continue straight through the light onto Rte 10/44 West for ½ mile. At O’Neil’s Chevy turn right onto Rte 10/202 (Simsbury Rd.). The Wellness Center is ½ mile on the right (opposite Fisher Dr.).

Wethersfield

1025 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, CT 06109

(In Hartford Medical Group Building)

I-91 north bound:

Take exit 24. At the end of the ramp turn right on Silas Deane Hwy. (Rte. 99). Continue straight through 4 traffic lights, and turn left into the Bed, Bath & Beyond Plaza. At the stop sign turn right. The Hartford Medical Group Building is at the far end of the plaza, past the bank.

I-91 south-bound:

Take exit 24. Follow the directions above for I-91 south.
